The following steps have to be performed by a qualified person as you may be exposed to electrical hazards and/or damage the product. Make sure the power supply is disconnected if required and the water supply is disconnected if required.
Disconnect all the wires on the relays of the control board
then power back the unit.
Activate the upper heating element (HEU) using the Touchscreen in the service menu (Srv).
Can you confirm the continuity between the tabs red and orange then the continuity between the tabs purple and blue?
